Island Units

Work is progressing well on this site in Highbrook for 6 no. conjoined and single standalone high specification warehouses.  Each warehouse will have single and two storey offices. The warehouses typically contain large spans with hot rolled section portal frames, saw-tooth roofs and precast concrete angled panels, plus canopies.   Stepped floor levels overcome the site topography.  There will be hard stand paving throughout the development for heavy vehicles.  Andrew Waite led the structural engineering design and is overseeing the construction monitoring.
